Studio Policies

Please review our Studio Policies in full. These policies allow us to insure a comfortable structured experience for students and positive ongoing business relationship with the parents of our students. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated as it allows us to give our undivided attention to the needs of the students. Studio policies are subject to change without notice. Current policies apply and are effective for all students regardless of date of enrollment.

Parking

Policies concerning parking and drop off / pickup procedures will be heavily enforced to insure the safety of our students, neighbors and our continued compliance with Zoning Restrictions for our location. Due to our residential location, we require you to adhere to the following parking policies. Your cooperation in following the parking policies insures the safety of our students and neighbors. Failure to adhere to parking, drop off and pick up policies may result in termination of enrollment.

Park in the driveway when space is available and allow for 2 car parking.
Curb parking is available on Jeater Bend Drive (not in the cul-de-sac).
Do not block the cul-de-sac by stopping or parking in the cul-de-sac.
Do not block neighboring residences driveways or mailboxes when parking curbside on Jeater Bend Drive.
If you experience parking difficulties, please let us know immediately.
Continued disregard to the parking policy will result in termination of enrollment.

Drop off and Pickup

To prevent traffic congestion in the immediate area we maintain a 5 minute gap between lessons.
Please avoid arriving for drop off or pickup more than 5 minutes before or after the lesson.
Early drops and Late pickup’s must be avoided! Please drop off and pick up your child on time as supervision is not available beyond the 5 minute pickup grace period at the beginning or end of the lesson. A $5.00 per occurrence fee will be charged when students are dropped off or picked up more than 5 minutes before or after their scheduled lesson. Early drop off and Late pickup fees will show up on your next enrollment block invoice. Though we love your children, we are not a childcare service and as such supervision of your children 5 minutes before or 5 minutes after a lesson is not available.

House Rules

Running and horseplay is not allowed in house or lesson rooms.
Food or Gum is not allowed in the lesson rooms.
Students may bring bottled water into their lesson room
Students are expected to be respectful to instructors and other students at all times.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Please remain quite at all times while in the waiting area.
Do not enter the lesson rooms until called by your instructor.
Children under the age of 8 may not be left alone in the waiting area before or after a lesson..
Students may not bring a friend to their lessons without prior approval from their instructor and parents.

Tuition Payment Policy

New Students: Tuition for new students or previous students re-enrolling in lessons after a gap in enrollment is due upon enrollment (not at the first lesson) Enrollment reservations will be held for 24 hours from request. If completed registration forms and tuition is not paid within 24 hours the reservation will be released. As multiple enrollment plans are available, tuition can not be split into payments.

Continuing Students: Tuition for subsequent enrollment blocks for current students is due on the last scheduled lesson (on or before the noted due date on your invoice) of the current enrollment block. As multiple enrollment plans are available, tuition can not be split into payments.

Late Payment Policy

Late fees will be strictly enforced and are charged as follows:

Private/ Semi-Private Lessons

Tuition is due on the last scheduled lesson of the enrollment block.

IA 10% Late Payment Fee will be charged when tuition is not received by Friday of the week of the due date.

When tuition is not paid by the end of the grace period (Friday of the week the tuition is due) the student may be removed from the schedule.

Performance Group Programs

$5.00 after the 1st.

$5.00 additional after the 10th.

$5.00 additional after the 20th.

After the 25^th, the students enrollment will be suspended.

Students who pay late run the risk of losing their lesson time.

There will be a $25.00 fee charged for returned checks and applicable late payment fees will also be charged for unpaid checks. Additionally you will be required to make future tuition payments in the form of cash, credit card, cashiers check or money order.

If you can not pay your tuition on time it is imperative that you contact us as far in advance as possible to disucss possible payment arrangements or tuition extension options.

Lesson Cancellation Policy

Teacher Cancellations – Lessons Cancelled by the Teacher

If your teacher cancels your lesson a makeup lesson will be scheduled or your enrollment period will be extended by the number of teacher canceled lessons if a makeup lesson can not be scheduled during the enrollment period.. Your renewal tuition due date will be adjusted accordingly for Teacher Canceled Lessons only.

Student Cancellations – Lessons Cancelled by the Student

If the student cancels the lesson it is the students responsibility to request a makeup lesson as soon as possible. A maximum of 2 makeup lesson credits can credited to subsequent enrollment blocks. The enrollment period will not be extended to account for student canceled lessons. Your renewal tuition is due by the noted due date on your invoice. Your due date will not be adjusted for Student Canceled Lessons.

No Call - No Show Policy

You are responsible for remembering your scheduled lesson day and time.
Do not rely on your instructor to call you to remind you to come to your lesson.
If you arrive late (without notice) for your lesson your lesson time will be reduced to the amount of time remaining in that scheduled lesson for that day.
If you do not call to cancel and do not show up for the scheduled lesson, the lesson will be forfeited and a makeup lesson will not be extended.
Please simply give us a courtesy call to let us know if you can not attend your scheduled lesson.

Recital

Participation in recital is optional for private or semi-privately enrolled students, however students who are not participating should notify their instructor by the registration deadline if they are choosing not to participate in recital. Participation is mandatory for all students enrolled in performance group programs.
Recital fee is charged to cover the high cost of facilities rental, equipment rental, facility staff, insurance, food and beverage.
A mandatory recital rehearsal is held before recital. All participants are required to attend recital rehearsal. Rehearsal allows instructors to help students overcome nervousness, schedule the performance order and discuss recital etiquette.

Learning Materials

Class materials may be purchased directly through Noteable Success Music.
Your instructor will inform you of materials needed and charges that will apply.

Refund Policy

Tuition payments are non-transferrable and nonrefundable
Student canceled lessons are nonrefundable
Recital fee for students and guests is nonrefundable
Costume rental fees/ deposits are nonrefundable

Liability Waver

When enrolling in lessons you agree that Noteable Success Music is not liable or responsible for any injuries sustained on the premises. Noteable Success Music retains the right to terminate lessons with any student or guardian of student who displays inappropriate behavior or who fails to respect Studio Policy
